standing orders
Q: What
is a 'standing order'?
A: A 'standing order' placed with Dee's means that we put aside
your preferred comics and special items as soon as they arrive
in store so that you never miss out on your favourite titles
or collectibles.
Q: Does it cost
anything to have a 'standing order'?
A: No. Having a 'standing order' is a free* service. In fact,
you save money by having a 'standing order' with Dee's.
Q: OK. So what
do I need to do now?
A: Just email us your list of comic book titles and which issues
you want to start your 'standing order' from, and we will start
putting your copies aside ready for you to pick up or have us
mail* out to you (*NB: p&h costs apply).
Q: I'm still
not sure about 'standing orders'?
A: That's OK. Just send us an email or phone and we'll help you
sort it out.
mail order
If you don't live in Canberra, you can still shop at Dee's using
our mail order service. This service is available for merchandise
as well as comics, books and magazines.
If you'd like to set up a mail
order for a regular standing order or a one-off purchase just
email us or call.
We accept payment via Paypal,
Credit Card, Money Order or Direct Deposit.

we may be able to help you. Just let us know what you're after
and we'll do our best to track it down.

lay-by
purchases
Dee's lay-by terms:
• 8 Weeks unless otherwise negotiated
• Regular weekly or fornightly payments
must be made
• If regular payments are not made we
will contact you once. If no action is taken we will cancel the
layby and place the item/s back in stock.
• We will retain a 20% processing fee
and the balance will be kept in credit for 6 months. After this
time the full amount is forfeited.
